The front desk staff greeted me warmly and handled everything efficiently — paperwork, verification, scheduling — no long delays. The waiting room was clean, modern, and comfortable, which instantly put me at ease. They took time to explain each step of my procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The hygienist / assistant was gentle and thorough. I appreciated how they used updated technology (digital X-rays / modern tools) which made the process smoother and less stressful. What really stood out was how professional and caring everyone was. I left feeling like my smile was in great hands. No discomfort, no surprises, just excellent dental care. My appointment with Dr. Moosavi, Evelyn, and the dental hygienist Azmaina went smoothly! Besides my regular cleaning and checkup, I had to tackle some work. The team walked me through each step, explaining everything in detail. No surprises! Everyone took their time and made sure I felt taken care of.
