The truth is, dental insurance doesn’t go nearly as far as medical insurance. Thankfully, the team at Fairfax Modern Dentistry understands this and genuinely works with patients like me who want and need a healthier, more beautiful smile. I was never really educated about dental health growing up, and honestly, I avoided going to the dentist outside of regular cleanings. I either couldn’t afford the treatment or didn’t think I needed it—until I had a real scare. That’s when Fairfax Modern Dentistry stepped in. They guided me every step of the way—from helping me understand the crucial mouth-body connection to working with me financially so I could actually receive the care I needed. What stood out the most was how safe and reassured I felt during every visit. Since then, I’ve been coming in regularly as advised, and I’ve finally gotten on top of my oral health at home too. This dental office has truly changed the way I feel about dental care. I’ve always been in denial when it came to my teeth—especially about getting regular cleanings—but coming here has completely shifted my perspective. I finally started the cleanings I needed, and I’ve seen major improvements in both my gums and my overall dental health. It’s been a learning experience that taught me the importance of truly taking care of my teeth, not just for appearance, but for my well-being. They also did a root canal for me at a very reasonable price, and worked out a payment plan that made it manageable. I also appreciate that even when some prices seem high (especially with insurance), the office manager Matt is always willing to work with me. He takes the time to make it more affordable and makes sure I understand everything beforehand. One of the things I love most is that they always present the treatment plan to me before starting anything, and they wait for my approval. It makes me feel empowered and respected, like I’m part of the process, not just a patient. They help me feel educated, informed, and in control of my care. If you’re looking for a team that’s skilled, compassionate, and honest—I highly recommend this place.
